A new direct link between Normandy and Tunisia


Deauville-Normandie Airport recently inaugurated the new DeauvilleDjerba, operated by Nouvelair in partnership with the tour operator Mondial Tourisme.
This inaugural flight marks a significant step in the development of destinations served from the airport, offering travelers from Normandy a direct connection to one of the Mediterranean's major destinations.

A first flight marked by escape


For this inaugural flight, 137 passengers took off from Deauville aboard an Airbus A320 bound for Djerba.
The event brought together airport staff, partners, and local stakeholders to celebrate the opening of this new destination.

Djerba, a popular destination


Prized for its fine sandy beaches, rich heritage, and year-round sunny climate, Djerba is among the most popular Mediterranean destinations.
Previously offered from Deauville-Normandie Airport, the destination is now making a comeback, confirming its enduring appeal to travelers from Normandy.
This return allows for a reconnection with a destination that enjoyed considerable success, while also meeting current expectations for leisure travel and sunny getaways.
